Complete the Bingo challenge for a chance to win! Throughout this event, we challenge you to take a deeper dive into your benefits.

You have until July 16th to get as many Bingo's as you can and submit your card. Please follow these instructions to participate.

How to Complete:

  1. Download the Bingo card (print or save to your computer)
  2. Mark your progress as you complete each square
  3. Submit your Bingo cards by completing the survey by EOD July 16th

The winner will be announced shortly after July 16th.
